Very annoyed that Cannon and Shepherd didn't speak their mind or offer any real insight in to what was said in the Senate Inquiry. Are they are afraid to speak their mind on Kick and Chase? They certainly don't mind doing it when they go on Fox Sports News.

There are quite a few documents Pulver has to provide and questions he took on notice, he needs to answer. As Lou is alleging, it appears there may have been some Collusion between two organisations ( ARU and Imperium) to the detriment of a third ( Western Force). Be good to see Andrew Cox front the enquiry as well as Mr. Winney.

I would like to see these 'people' hauled in front of the Inquiry:
    - John O'Neill
    - Clyne
    - Cox
    - Tim North
    - Rob Clarke

With the WA Government likely to front at the next session and a report to be submitted in the middle of November will the Committee have the time for all of these individuals? If not we could be looking at referral to other organisations to investigate.

Given that the NSW Police raided the Parramatta Leagues Club and suspended several directors the ARU will be busy at the shredders.

The ARU don't have time for shredding, they're too busy fabricating a "massive spreadsheet" with a "wide ranging set of criteria" that sounded like puller was making up on the spot, along with the 1400 other documents that he has to provide on notice. They'll be writing fiction for longer than Isaac Asimov.

Tony Howarth's comments quoted from the Hansard document are spot on (the CEO was John O'Neill).

' I can reflect on a strategic meeting the RugbyWA board had
with the ARU under a previous chief executive where the strategic driver that was given to us was that the best
thing that could happen to Australian rugby was for the Waratahs to win the Super Rugby competition'

Tim North would be a good one, he would have a lot to lose if he was anything less than honest.

What was the most astounding in reading what I listened to the other day…The REBEL's have always run at a loss. The first owner did about $11m and walked, the ARU took over the licence and let the VRU run the club which sank another $13m into the club then wrote that off (and then gave Cox another $6m of confidential upfront money) and now its back in the hands of the VRU who lost the $13m. No front of jersey sponsor, no coach, squad 14 players short, no declared major sponsor (apart from an LOI from the Victorian Gov't). They will be insolvent before the first whistle blows. Already asking for more salary cap, more than the other states…..

They have never ever been anything other than insolvent. That company has not made a single cent since the licence was first awarded. In fact, it has made many, many, many $millions of accumulated losses. No exaggeration.

I would like to know who is paying the Rebels bills at the moment as the VRU had no money.

Who do you think? The same organisation that has always paid them. Begins with A and ends with U. Money no object for them when it comes to the Rebels. Wonder why

I'm wondering what the legal argument was that got the rabbitohs back in. Cant seem to find it.
I wonder if the ARU can be forced to release their criteria for our exclusion? Can the senate recommend ACCC referral and draw this out? Are there any legal grounds if we can show the Force surpass other Aus teams in these criteria?

And that is the sad reality of this situation. The club that has bled dry all the money in the super rugby pie gets to continue it's charade towards financial doom and we all have to sit here wondering what the f%$k is really happening. I must say the more we all dig into this the more questions we all want answered and for any sports body to have a total lack of transparency like that is truely dangerous. This sorry saga looks like it is finally blowing the lid off this enormous scandal. The senate inquiry is a true releif.

It's already "on notice" Tez, you might have missed it through the various name changes, we won't be getting the "massive spreadsheet" we'll be getting the "scorecard" which, of course will be equally exhaustive, conclusive and factual.
