The email I have is that they are required to report by the 13th and a copy will be put on the link in my signature

Senators have known to work past 9 o'clock particularly if there is a debate or vote on

Brumbies are saying that the squad is mostly full and will accommodate more on a transition basis rather than a permanent one (so players are able to get a contract) if the salary cap and squad numbers are lifted

Only the Rebels would play a pre-season match three months prior to the start of the season.

Ahh yes, the respect. We don't want you, but if the ARU pay you we'll let you live in Canberra and hold tackle bags for us. Arseholes

It is more of a subtle dig at the ARU who are lifting the salary cap to benefit the Rebels and their hoarding of Force players. The Brumbies never had a desire to sack their own players like the Rebels did.

I think this is the perfect indicator that the Rebels were told they were safe and that the rebels would have the pick of the Force players. Rebels players like Mitch Inman et al saw the writing on the wall and signed up overseas.

Absolutely lets not forget that the Brumbies who were up for the cull had a signing embargo so the CEO signed players that were due for renewal up on French style pre-contracts (sort of like a MoU) were given priority over who came on to the market and signed them all on full deals once it was lifted. Very few players left as a result and Naisairani is the only Force player that has signed. Only on a one year deal which was the player's choice.

Those that had expired and on central contracts were placed in a different situation.

I think he meant 14 staff and I think 4 or 5 players have been left without anything in Australia.

Far quieter day in the Senate tomorrow even if Senator Lambie as expected resigns.
