What about public high schools in Perth that had rugby posts put up in the last few years to counteract the massacres going on in the traditional heartlands of Sydney and Brisbane from AFL and Soccer.

Where is future growth coming from for Rugby into new territories? Perth was one area at youth level this was occurring, a fundamentally atrocious decision when you look at long term development for the code in this country.
