Panadean Forte use to do that to me. Knocked me out for 5 hours the first time I took them. Now they just knock the edge off the pain and I take 2 to drive to Perth and 2 to get home again

Got a bit of a cold over the weekend, so decided to neck a couple of cold and flu tablets before heading out to work this morning so not to sniffle my co-workers to the brink of insanity. Could only find some old ones I bought in the States eons ago and couldn't make out if they were daytime or nighttime ones. "How drowsy could they make me?" I think to myself.
VERY, it turns out... it's gonna be a looonng day.
I woke up and a blood vessel in my eye had popped and its kinda yuck.
