well I guess they have to be seen to be transparent as the last selection and review committee came up with, after an exhaustive international search....RG.

not alot of talk from the ARU or WA rugby re selection process. bit in the dark here in the west. hopefully that means they are deep in discussions with someone important.

If they are stacked with ARU types wonder how much they are willing to throw $$ at a international big name coach rather than a native up and comer. We need a big name to bring in the big name players.

I have had a thought with the new coaches ( Force and Reds ) We should do a exchange program with the Kiwi coaches for 2 yrs and then see if we get results.. Exchange should be the lowest team in oz gets the top NZ coach and on down the ranks.. It would make good reading the results.. then you would see which players are just there for the fun of it or are there to make the top level.. My theory would be there would be a coup in the 1st 5 weeks of training as a lot of the players from the east would not like the discipline that is needed to be at the top.. This is just a thought and a way to find out whos up to it..
