Force Member Pre-Sale - Wallabies vs Argentina

Not sure if all of you purchased your tickets to the Wallabies vs Argentina when you renewed, I didn't given the terms of sale were very vague at that stage.

A second pre-sale opened today and I knew where my tickets were going to be via Ticketmaster so I was happy to purchase. The password for anyone else looking to buy is: FORCEMEMBER

I think the pre-sale ends on Friday.

You can also book for the other Rugby Championship games in Sydney and Brisbane using that password, although the Platinum and Gold seats in Sydney are going fast.
The Super Rugby members' pre-sale is open today, tomorrow and Friday.

I got seats in block E229 this morning and I hadn't booked them previously with my memberships, so I wonder how many people took advantage of the membership pre-booking option?

Interestingly, there are still good (Platinum and Gold) seats available for all three tests vs England in June.

The first block I was offered was Block 230 in Row DD which is a couple of rows back from where I sit (but in Block 226). I then went went for anotherr batch of tickets because I din't feel like bringing my climbing gear to the Test and got Block 229 in Row H so I took those.

Given we've booked today and we know where our seats are we may know more then people who booked with their membership renewal. I remember reading the T&C's of the Test Ticket sale with the renewal process and I remember reading that I would only be buying a category and the seats wouldn't be allocated until July or August.

So if you've booked tickets with membership renewal, can you find out where your seats are or get a choice?

So have queried Force Membership office and been told that even though the seats allocation for those already paid with their membership won't be until July, we still get the better choice of seats. (supposedly) So I guess all we can do is wait and see (and then jump up and down LOL!) Can't help feeling a bit dissed tho!

After the sposnsor and partners of the ARU have been allocated

If I buy Qantas Wallabies Test match tickets, will I get the same seats as my Western Force membership?

No, you will not be allocated the same seat that you hold as a Western Force member, as the Australian Rugby Union must facilitate seating for a range of groups such as sponsors, hospitality, Wallaby 1st members and other contractual ticketing requirements. Although you will not have the same seat, you will be seated with other Western Force Members. We are unable to facilitate seat requests (other than disabled requirements), seats will be allocated on a first in first served basis.

Did anyone else notice there is a "JUNIORS & SCHOOLS OFFER" for Sydney and Brisbane but not Perth?

A family can go to the Springboks game in Brisbane for as little as $108.26 (discounted from $158.21) or the All Blacks game in Sydney $142.72 (discounted from $229.39).

In Perth the cheapest family ticket will be $205.25 for the Pumas.

I understand your point but not a great look encouraging juniors in Sydney and Brisbane and not Perth.

Also the cheapest family tickets for last 2 tests in Perth have come in around $100.00 and the crowds were only 25,718 (Boks) and 18,214 (Pumas) respectively.

ARU are obviously betting that the better stadium outweighs (or at least equals) the hike in prices!

The ARU probably does not need to throw incentives to pull a crowd at NiB due to the smaller size and it being a better venuw for Rugby over Subiaco.

I haven't been to a Test in years at Subiaco, in fact I would travel to Brisbane or Sydney for my Test Rugby fix for the year. The instant the ARU announced that the Test this year was at NiB I was committed to going, so the better stadium was a ticket sold for me.

I did like that during the Super Rugby pre-sale on at the moment the ticket limit was 6 which was more than the offer of 4 when the membership renewals were happening late last year.

Me too, and I'm sure plenty of others fit this bill.

Last Subi match for me was Lions Tour, but hey that only happens every 12 years!
