But this is Argentina; we'll have a chance.

    Maybe

This has been a mess at best and Mark admitted openly to it and apologised on behalf of all parties concerned at last night's forum. They will learn from it and do better next year.

By next week all should have their tickets, if not please call the Force office and they have promised to sort it out.

I thought I'd sort it.. and good job cause hubby booked tickets via Ticketek for a show on same night.. and you are not able to talk to a humanoid on this site and they won't exchange for another show according to the FAQ!!!!..... so selling them on Classifieds if anyone is interested. To hopefully book for another night.....I couldn't believe it ...

So finally got our tickets through. Gold members for 4 years, were assured they would be good seats and we've been stuck in the front row in the shed! Am so ropable ATM!! Pretty much want to tell them to shove their tickets up their arse, complete utter bollocks! Will be making a certain abusive phone call on Monday!

Mark Sinderberry acknowledged that the whole thing had been a disaster and that they couldn't apologise enough for the way it had been handled. Not their fault I don't think but they're copping all the complaints. What a shemozzle!!

Well it's nice being sorry AFTER the fact they told everyone they'd get good seats with a renewed membership! Sorry not good enough! They came up with the idea so maybe they oughta own the idea. Have had enough of throwing money at the Force all these years and being treated like shit.

Think it is a problem from the ARU from what was said on Wednesday. What category tickets did you pay for Valzc? We got ours on Friday

WOW!! Talk about the census being a stuff up. I received my Gold tickets after paying for them when I renewed my membership, and I get lousy seats in the back blocks of E225. My normal seats are in block E127. I have just been onto the Ticketmaster website and I can still buy a block of 4 tickets in Block E 226. So I get the worst seats to start with, with no option to upgrade. Where is the first come first served system. We pay up front and get treated with contempt.
I have been a member since the very start, and to be treated in this manner shows a total lack of foresight by the hierarchy.

If have learnt anything about buying tickets for matches it is that you never ever do it online and always call (no matter how long it takes) and book the seats you want over the phone. Its the only way to guarantee that you get the "best seats". What the websites think are "best seats" never seem to be as they are based on Category location and not the true position or actual view.

For the same reason when the original Force Memberships went on sale we opted for Silver because those seats at Subi were better than Gold
