What about Burton at 12? Surely he'll be over his injuries by the start of next season? He looked very dangerous at 12 in the very limited time he played this year, and although is a bit small in defense, would be surrounded by good defenders in Lance and Meakes.
If Burton is fit, he fits in at either 10 or 12, adding flexibility. But he's been out of the game for a year, so I'd ease him back in, even if he does have a full pre-season.
What abut Ammon Matuauto as the replacement for Tapuai? I don't recall seeing much of him for the Spirit this year, although he was behind Meakes and Tapuai. I'd like to see another local guy there, and it'd be a boost for all Pindan players to see another player promoted locally. Or is it that like Lacey he's had his chance and been deemed not quite good enough for this level?

Matuauto played really well when I saw him this year for the Spirit. Taps was benched for a couple of games and Meakes went to 12 and Ammon played 13. Then when Billy was injured, Taps went back to 12 and Matuauto moved to 13.
Loosing Taps you lose the kicking game, but in a full strength Force team you probably pick that up with DHP at fullback right?

Would like to see Rona at 13. We need a hard running large 13 in the style of Stirling Mortlock.

I think you will the likes of Sam and Con will be available for ANY franchise if injury requires them. Just like we got Heath back in the day, and I think we have had another couple from others teams Training Squad come to us because of injury.
Basically they are not guaranteed Forcemen yet.
