Sometimes we focus too much on winning in professional sport, great story that brings the human touch back to rugby and what it means from a holistic point of view.

Another great person we have been lucky enough to encounter on the Western Force journey.

If you're a professional athlete and you don't want to win than you're in the wrong industry.

Tim was the first player I spoke to at the Western Force. He was injured at the time and when I asked what had happened he told me Sharpie had fallen on him during lineout practise. A lovely guy.

While I am sure everyone of them wants to win:

Only 50% (based on 23 taking the field for both teams in all matches) will win each match, subject to it not being a draw.

Only one team out of 18 (5.55%) will win the comp outright.

Not everyone can be the winner

By that logic, why bother cheering for a team at all? "Hey we won - that's average!"

Unless you support the force" Hey we won, that's a result in the 75th percentile"
