There were only two calls I thought were suss. One where the ball popped out of a south african ruck (the ball doesn't just pop out, so I figured Aus must have had hands in) and the south african scrum which pushed the aussies back five metres before it collapsed but was called against SA.

The rest were fair game, they were certainly always offside (something that really bothered me about their style last year) and they weren't treated unfairly for hands in the ruck.

Honiss says the penalty was against the South Africans for pushing early, not for collapsing ther scrum.

The Japies have stood flagrantly offside for the last two seasons. About time they had their comeuppance in that area.

1: That makes sense. I couldn't hear the coverage so I wasn't sure if it was collapsing or some sort of buggery.

2: I agree completely, it was a massive grievance of mine last year.
