If this management can't see this and fall on there own sword this team will never have a true support base that can look forward to fun every season

If so then he didn't slip through the cracks. He was another victim of John Mitchell's one-eyed, tunnel vision, egotistical self interest that saw too many players sacked or leave because of all of the above and more. Meglomaniac is a word that comes to mind too.
