Rugby WA junior president of the past 5 years was forced to resign from his post or be removed
Word is that the pressure was applied from within the WF organisation with junior clubs having no say in a spill motion or given the opportunity to decide wether he remained
This WF board a full of poison and have dragged community rugby both senior and junior to new levels which can only be described as dismal
This will only drag junior rugby down to levels never seen before as other good committee members leave in disgust as the WF board place there puppets in place to manipulate the current finances and future finances of junior rugby into there coffers

It has been viewed over 320 times and there has been no response or feedback from people who would know fact or crap
There must be a lot of arse covering going on or soul searching
If this is fact and the junior clubs have had know say in this decision a play for the junior cash is definitely a reason to put there user friendly junior board in place

Don't know where you get your info from Insider but you have been misinformed. The decision had to be made and had been brewing for a while. No one likes shafting volunteers but his autocratic style had become too much.

Had a bit to do with him over the years and can't say I would enjoy his company but a straight down the line character who would stick to the rules
Unlike the Wests representatives who pushed for his demise because they couldn't get there hands on the finances after making promises they couldn't keep

If he is involved with NRC - what a joke?
RugbyWA must definitely have no money to pay a quality club coach!!!

Not sure why you would be calling for Nestor's resignation other than a personal axe to grind
The bloke coached the state u20s to win the southern state comp for the past two season and heads up the junior program that have put teams in three of the four grand finals in the national junior gold cup
He was also one of the coaches of the NRC last year when the Spirit made the final
He may not be everyone's cup of tea due to the decisions he makes on players futures but he has runs on the board

He is rubbish. No experience on how to play the gasme, yells and screams at the young/vulnerable players - seen this first hand.
Will not select players that challenge him as they may know more than what he knows.
The SA coaches coached the spirit. He was kicking coach/ water boy.
The tournaments the U/20s play is a B division.
Rugby WA have no money so he is a financial convenience.
What happened to his golden boy Goodwin this year - rubbish.
As with the other young lads coming thru, they have talent but lack the quality coaching to take them to next level.

He needs to go and replaced in the NRC, with a coach/coaches who are going to be developed to next level and get an experienced coach to run the academy that can develop players ready for the next level.
This dithering about with same old same old gets no one any where.
