It was more frustrating than boring - nothing wrong with the endeavour, just the execution. So if you're into that kind of thing...

I still didn't think the Lions could do it though, kudos to them.

You might get a laugh out of it, but it'd be one of those "laughing at others' misfortune" kind of laughs

You could listen to "17 Again", or their version of "The Fool on the Hill" whilst you watched James, oh the memories

ForceFan (aka andrewg) has posted an analysis of the rucks for the Reds v Waratahs game.

Liam Gill the standout for ruck engagements but Hooper pips him for his better all-round game.

I continue to struggle with the FoxSports commentators - in almost every game.
At 54 minutes the accolades for Benn Robinson were astounding: "Benn Robinson is having a cracker - he's been everywhere!!"
In his 67 minutes, Benn Robinson, had 2 runs for 7m (not bad for a prop), made 9 tackles + 1 missed (90%) (most tackles of either front row), was not penalised and had 10 ruck engagements (Early 70%/Impact 100%).
James Slipper had more ruck involvement in 24 mins less.
Were they just surprised that he'd risen to the occasion of breaking the record for most games (job well done as a prop!!)?

Am also amazed he gets consistently on to the team each week, because he seems to act like a tourist most of the time with the lazy trot around the ruck, standing around adjusting his cap and then at the last moment gives a half hearted push at the ruck. In fact I think he looked pretty sheepish when he came out onto the field first as though he realised maybe he's lucky to have made it!

They are just biased Andrew. And they don't even bother to try and hide it!

I saw one NSW journo compare him to a fine wine in an article last week - I laughed my socks off at how anyone could compare a short, fat, lumbering prop to something as delicate as a fine wine!!
