Vancouver to join next World Rugby Sevens Series cycle from 2015-16

World Rugby has announced that Vancouver will join the global line-up of major city destinations for the World Rugby Sevens Series from 2015-16.

A renowned international tourism, business and major sports event destination, the event will take place at the impressive and innovative indoor BC Place stadium in the heart of the city.

Rugby Canada’s successful Vancouver bid follows an extensive and competitive tender process that saw 25 destinations bid to host the Olympic sport and comes with the full support of national and provincial government that reflects rugby sevens’ enormous appeal in the global sports hosting marketplace.

I don't think they've announced it yet - I'm still waiting for the date of the Sydney tournament. It would make sense to put Vancouver around now as there's currently a 6 week gap or so between Vegas and Hong Kong.
