You'd have to think Foley would be on a hiding to nothing though...no credit, all blame.

I hope they put in a good showing at least (given up on a win even but it would be nice). Then I can get my Saturday night sleep back on track and look forward to the WF season next year.. :-)

    McMahon for Hodgo again!!

    Unbelievable!!!!

Not even giving him the chance to bow out on a high note, as all indications are that he will not be picked by Cheika next year.

OK, for reasons I can't explain I'm feeling optimistic for Saturday.
But, the English know how to srummage and they love rubbing our front row's noses into the turf at Twickenham.
I live in the hope of one day seeing (in person) the Wallabies win at Twickers.

    Front Row: W 345kg - E 345kg (-)
    2nd Row: W 225kg - E 230kg (-5kg)
    Back Row: W 304kg - E 339kg (-35kg)
    TOTAL: W 874kg - E 914kg (-40kg)

    Test Caps: W Av 36 - E Av 29

Wallabies slightly more experienced but up against a 40kg mismatch.
But even across the Front Row.
Being so far outweighed across the backrow a real problem for the breakdown (AGAIN!!).

    Bench Front Row: W 335kg - E 346kg (-11kg).
England bench as big as the starting Back Row - but limited Test experience.
    (I reckon the 2 x Bens again).

+ Wallaby Backs more experienced (Av 31 Tests) versus England (Av 17 Tests)

+Wallabies Bench more experienced (Av 35 Tests) versus England (Av 13 Tests)

+ Wallabies Team av 34 Tests versus Ireland Team av 23 Tests.

+ Unfortunately I get the feeling that Hodgo is going to miss out again. (which means no plan B or impact off the bench).

    Wallabies by 5.

Andrew, we don't care about the breakdown again, we play the expansive mobile game to tire those massive buggers out and win it in the last twenty minutes.

As a result, I'm not sure that Benny A will get a gig again, since he's been toilet in both the tight and the loose. Fat Cat will get a cap based upon a simple lack of options, but Tets is likely to get a go based upon his scrummaging.

The weight disadvantage in the scrum will mean less than nothing, the Poms would push our heads out our own arses with seven men! Added to which our flankers will be eyes up the instant the ball hits the turf. We'll struggle, and scrap, not giving away anything disastrous until Skelton comes on again, then Kepu will get the blame for the scrum going to shit and get hooked......another tough day ahead for reserve front rowers!

I too have that hope, for this weekend...

I will be there, soaking up the atmosphere of ironic slave chants and the warm beer, in my Wallaby Gold, cheering on the team.

    Wish me luck...
