In all seriousness, let's consider the crime. It certainly wasn't nice or respectful. It certainly wasn't the behavior you would expect from a wallaby...but you have to seriously consider this woman's resilience and mental tenacity...what the hell is she doing in charge of a rugby team? There seems to be a massive incompatibility?? This is called a hiring mistake. One of the core talents for this role would have to be mental toughness? This person is a basket case. Thang goodness she has gone whilst we still have a chance at rebuilding for the next world cup? What the hell was she doing in the wallaby set up? People who go teary eyed and want to neck themselves over a text shouldn't be managing a rugby team. Poor hiring decisions destroy culture. She wasn't an appropriate personality for the job. Now she had an agenda to bring down the perpetrators.

Beale was previously put on last chance notice. I don't care if she was the worst employee in the world, last chance is just that regardless. And all the crap about Kurtley being a troubled soul, give us a break try spoilt brat without consequences. When was the last time cooper was in the press for naughty behaviour, and if there was even an inclining of anything the media would be all over it like a rash.
Beale is an employee of a company so was Pattenson the company has an obligation to provide a workplace free from this kind of harassment. I think what would happen in my work place and all the others I have worked in would be sackings.
How hard is it to find out who sent the other text. Call the number if the there is a message saying hi you have reach blah blah I am on the spring tour at the moment they have major problems.
