Hmmmmm a verbal agreement from Genia should never be trusted!!
"Will Genia is reportedly going cold on the idea of joining Bath and is instead looking at the Top 14.
Reports in Monday's Midi Olympique say Genia had given a verbal agreement to agree to join Bath and some news outlets in Australia said the deal had been done but fresh reports say Genia is keen to pursue options in the Top 14.

The French rugby weekly also says usual suspects Toulon and Toulouse could be interested in entering the bidding war."
