Was Blake Phillips the guy who was also a shot-putter? He was a lock/6/8 wasn't he? Bit too short to be a lock are would be more likely to be an 8 long term I'd have thought. Maybe he packed it in though.

Quick google search says he is in Manuwatu in New Zealand: http://www.stuff.co.nz/manawatu-stan...et-for-Kia-Toa

Wests Scarborough 1st Grade juggernaut has played finals rugby each and every year since its inception and continues this remarkable feat yet again this season and unbelievably it's still rolling on and as an added little circle jerk for the masses Wests actually hold the record for the current longest unbroken finals record.

Jacob Kohinga is at Hamilton BHS this year.
Joe Simpkins is a Sacred Heart College in Aucklands A1, plays along side the Tonga Thor Prop all over youtube.
Blake and Gus are in the Manawatu Academy
Isaiah Pedersen in the Hawkes Bay Academy.

These 9 lads were the Forces 2012 National Gold Squad members for the ARU, most seem to have gone walkabout but hopefully return at some point:

Half of those guys (Yoxall, Taylor, Backhouse and Schneider I think) played in the WA and/or Southern States U20s in the recent championships.

Plays with real attitude and has bulked up a fair bit. Has done all the right rehab gym work. Will be very interesting to see how he progresses next season as long as he can channel his raw aggression properly, can be too much of a loose cannon at times.
