I was a "Out-of-Towner" member for the first 4 years, but since that time I have had major marital/mental/employment and financial issues.

But I never quit supporting the Force.

I still remember receiving my 2006 card just before I shipped out to Ghana for a year.

I sat in my donga at lunch time and watched the first game on Super Sport.

Luckily I managed to be back in Perth for one home game that year.
I'd bought my membership that year, knowing I'd be away, because I wanted to support rugby in WA. But going to my first game made me a life long member.

Foundation members who hadn't missed a season got a pin in the fifth year.

I got one (which doesn't help the question about whether it was gold members only) but I thought it was everybody.

We got one and we started with silver at Spewbie and only changed to gold at Nib.

There were given to us when we re-newed our 5 th year membership with a letter from Sharpie.. Not sure if it was just for Gold members..

Maybe Platinum seats at the finals for normal seat prices? That's worth a decade of commitment.

I would like to see those sorts of things happen for people who turn up every season, especially every game, no matter how shit the organisation is operating at the time. I mean let's face it, those of us who are decade-members, had to pay exorbitant prices for garbage seats at Subi, grin and bear it through quokka-gate, the Firepower scandal, John Mitchell, Richie Graham, losing players left, right and centre etc...

unfortunately i was a poor student in 2006, but supported where i could! When i could afford a membership, i got one.
