I don't know when Grandstand talk back is on air. But I very occasionally listen to Sports Talk on Saturday mornings. I have sometimes heard people ring and try to engage some Force talk. Ken Judge, Ray Wilson and Corbin Middlemass seem to have very limited knowledge of the game nor much interest and usually very quickly change the subject back to AFL. So I suppose people see it as a pointless excercise.
However, the earlier posters are not talking about public talk-back shows. The issue is sports reports on commercial media. There is a team in this city that is punching above their weight in an INTERNATIONAL competition. Providing the Force media people are helping them with information, then that attitude is crazy. There's no defence for the indefensible.
I'll take it as a given that a director of Rugby WA would not be saying that the reason those sports reports don't eventuate is because Rugby supporters don't ring talk-back radio.

That is why I send RugbyWA's press release to 6 IX all the time... !!!

Not very good really. You would expect that we should be averaging 15,000 with at least a couple of close to sell outs.

6/8, that's 75% home win record and a crowd average of 12,594 with half above average and half below!
The only Oz derby above average was the Tahs - derbies draw smaller crowds for us than cross-conference matches!

In fact, the Lions match was a rainy day - wonder if that affected the numbers, and the Oz derbies would have been the 4 lowest attendances otherwise?

I reckon game two vs the Victards would have had a better crowd if not for the ridiculous kick off time.
