I just repeated the scores that Rugby WA sent through to me. They corrected them later that night but the press waits for no man and it was too late to retrieve them.

And there was no glee, as I have said before I am very happy to see Paly finally getting its act together. The angle for the scores round up was that all three results seemed to be clubs from the bottom half of the table getting up to defeat clubs from the top half -- which is noteworthy and of interest to followers of the club competition. You really have to stop taking these things so personally, Frank. Everyone is not out to get Palmyra.

And to prove my point, let me congratulate Palmyra on having the common sense to put forward its first grade game which I presume means the Bledsiloe Cup will be shown on the big screen at Palmyra's clubrooms, which I hasten to add, Frank, are the best in WA by a country mile.

And yes, I will be covering this weekend's big third v fourth game at Tompkins, Paly v Wests, and you have my sincere assurances that although strictly neutral and completely objective, I will be hoping for a Palmyra victory. Just don't tell Tiddles or any of the lads at Wests. It'll be our secret, OK?

Well that, pruc, is probably because you are a one-eyed Paly supporter and nothing I said would ever be good enough for you. If you would like to point out examples of things that I have said about Paly that are not true, I would be glad to help you out here. Although I would be obliged if you could manage to do so in something resembling the English language.
