Well, I usually preach conservatism with these things, but I think his return has been on the cards since he left. I thought that the rhetoric has had this possibility hidden within it all along.

Presumably the Western Force can't issue a press release without a signed contract, ratified by the ARU.
But Fox and Channel 7 aren't encumbered by such nicities and can report whatever they like. It's how a lot of scoops work - story goes out with a time embargo and someone says 'bugger your embargo, I'm reporting it!'

HB provides a good finish to the squad.

Liking the make-up of the squad with a good mix of experience and developing/raw talent.
Av SR caps 33; 2 players have >100 SR caps; 8 players have >50 SR caps; 7 have >20 SR caps; 8 are SR uncapped.
8 players have competed at Test level.

Competition in some positions (esp Locks, Back Row, Centres and Backs) is going to be strong.
Perhaps a bit light-on for Props (appears to be an Aust problem)
