Chuck Norris has the greatest Poker-Face of all time. He won the 1983 World Series of Poker, despite holding only a Joker, a Get out of Jail Free Monopoly card, a 2 of clubs, 7 of spades and a green #4 card from the game Uno.

In a weekend of "who cares" games, the sage will give you the hot tips of who will win....

    USA V BARBADOS

The USA talk a big game that they don't have but sadly they have more of a game than Barbados.

    USA by 13

    ARGENTINA V CHILE

Like the trans-tasman rival, only not as good, expect the Argie Bargie to do exactly that against the 24th ranked Chile.

    ARGENTINA by 30

    NAMIBIA V TUNISIA

I'm predicting an upset here, those little Tusken raiders from Tunisia will have the goods over the favoured Namibia who won several hearts in the 2003 world cup.

    TUNISIA by 1

    IVORY COAST V UGANDA

    Who cares...

    DRAW

    SAMOA V TONGA

One of the two half-way decent matchups this weekend, it'll be decided by which team fades first, my prediction is a Tongan collapse in the 60th minute and Somoa to sneak away with it.

    SAMOA by 12

    FIJI V JAPAN

Another battle of the 60 minute faders, expect Japan to put up a good fight but Fiji will last til the 70th minute this time.

    FIJI by 20

There you have it, it was going to be humorous but it's too early in the morning for me.

If the IRB could make an exception for Gregan to play for his native Namibia then those tuscan raiders would be in for some sniping around the scrum...

Is Lima in the Samoan side?

Thanks Sagerian! I'm going to take your tip on Tunisia. But I'm going with Tonga for 1 reason. Back in the 80's I had a friend (Enu)from Tonga who was a rugby player, so they'll win.

Any time Larry, I'll see if I can get a quick tips post out every week.

This Samoa/Tonga game is in Gosford isn't it? I can't find any info on it and wouldn't mind going to see it.

    John Williamson - 1970

Let me tell you of an interview with an Old Man Emu
He's got a beak and feathers and things
But the poor old fella ain't got no wings
Aren't you jealous of the wedge-tail eagle?
    Oom-ba-da-liddle-da-da-da
"While the eagle's flying round and round
I keep my two feet firmly on the ground
Now, I can't fly, but I'm telling you
I can run the pants of a kangaroo"
    Ba-da-da-da-doo-do-doo-doo-da-doo-da-doo-doo
He can't fly, but I'm telling you
He can run the pants of a kangaroo

Well he was the model for the fifty cents
    Oom-ba-da-liddle-da-da-da
The designer should have had more sense
    Oom-ba-da-liddle-da-da-da
"If you take a look, it'll prove to you
I ran the pants off that kangaroo"
    Ba-da-doo-doo-da-doo-doo-doo, doo-da-doo-da-doo-doo
Take a look it'll prove to you
He ran the pants off the kangaroo

You can't loop the loop like a cockatoo
    Oom-ba-da-liddle-da-da-da
Swoop and toss like an albatross
    Oom-ba-da-liddle-da-da-da
"You silly galah, I'm better by far
Than a white cockatoo or a budgerigar
They squeak and squawk and try to talk
Why me and them's like cheese and chalk"
    Ba-da-doo-doo-da-doo-doo-doo, doo-da-doo-da-doo-doo
He can't fly but I'm telling you
He can run the pants off a kangaroo

Well the last time I saw Old Man Emu
    Oom-ba-da-liddle-da-da-da
He was chasing a female he knew
    Oom-ba-da-liddle-da-da-da
As he shot past I heard him say
"She can't fly, but I'm telling you
She could run the pants off a kangaroo"
    Ba-da-doo-doo-da-doo-doo-doo, doo-da-doo-da-doo-doo
She can't fly but I'm telling you
She could run the pants of a kangaroo

Well there is a moral to this ditty
    Oom-ba-da-liddle-da-da-da
Thrush can sing but he ain't pretty
    Oom-ba-da-liddle-da-da-da
Duck can swim, but he can't sing
Nor can the eagle on the wing
Emu can't fly, but I'm telling you
He can run the pants off a kangaroo

Well the kookaburra laughed and said "It's true"
    Oom-ba-da-liddle-da-da-da
    "Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-hoo
He can run the pants off a kangaroo
    Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha, ha-ha-ha-ha-ha"

IRB PACIFIC 5 Nations International Test

    don't be dish'in the john!!!

well I've ripped and dugout burrows on a sandy bullock hill
erradicating rabbits doesn't take a lot of skill
but a boy born in the malley doesn't find em hard to kill...

where the town dogs howl at the morning train
a cocky makes his living on twelve inches of rain
where his woman provides and is rare to complain...
