Chat Room Report - 28 June 2006

Hello members welcome to the first chat report.

A small but enthusiastic group of TWF came together to discuss all and sundry Wednesday night at 9pm WST.

It should be pointed out that the first member to arrive in the chat room was one of our newest Member Jessc - who was continually asked the same question over and over again.

"how did you find TWF?"

for the record it was via Google - hope that clears that up for everyone

it was great to see a great spread of ages in the chat with the youth represented by Jessc, Peterss and Stanners_is_king - whilst the aged was very ably represented by the grand old man of TWF; Travelling Gerry who was quite upset when he realised that the combined ages of Jessc, Peterss and Stanners was his age.

A great first official chat for all and hopefully more will attend at the same time next week. Next weeks report will also have some additional features.

Good job Exile! Maybe coach will give you an extra $1 for handling the chat. I'd like to sit in on one but with my schedule @ work I really don't think so.

Same problem as Egan.Any chance of maybe starting at 8? I get up at sparrows fart and im shot normally by 9.30, plus for the guys in N.S.W. 2 hours later(winter) for now?

The timing is flexable - but I would like to settle on a time and stick to it. I am open to suggestions.

i didn't realise the chat thing was done on a weekly basis til this morning. guess i picked a good day to register!
wednesday nights are ok a bit earlier than 9 would be good. 7 or 8 maybe?
wed nights are a big thing with my friends and we usually find ourselves at captain stirlings. would be nice to be able to make the weekly chat.
in saying that feel totally free to ignore me. i'm happy with what ever makes the majority happy

thanks for that thought - I am well aware of the time in NSW - i set the time as it is for the WA based majority

After some careful considerations of all comments and a quick word with His Royal Coachiness - the weekly chat will now be held at 8pm Western Australian Time Each Wednesday. Thats 10pm East Coast of Australia - Midday in the UK and about 9 am the day before for Larry. or something like that - I hate Time Zones
