Stanners injured...

I just read somewhere that Stanners is injured!
A similar injury to rathbone apparently so it looks like he'll be out.
Has anyone else heard anything or did i dream the whole thing? (hope so!)

I checked the news on my phone just before i went to sleep last night and thats when i read it. So it could have quite possibly turned into a dream. But alas... it wasn't a dream.
Was from rugbyheaven.com and this is what it said:
"scott staniforth is also unavailable with a similar hamstring complaint"

could it be a typo? could it be wrong?

The only thing I have found so far is Fox talking of Stanners possibly coming in for Shep to offer more cover for a recovering Rogers and an underdone Gits.
That is dated today and can't find anything on the other sites as yet.

You can be sure he wouldn't be a Wallaby now if he had been given another contract with the Tahs, he would have been struggling to get on the park during the S14.

ohhh wait i just got it! cause he started kicking that car when he got drunk at a friends 21st...
bit slow on the uptake there...
but yeah i wouldn't mind if he jumped on my car at all! as i would have to get his number for insurance purposes...

Indeed, tis why Stanners left as well. Shame cos I really liked Scott. Hindsight is a wonderful thing but if Sheppard hadn't jumped on that car, he probably would have been at 14 for the Tahs this year and the whole Dell thing wouldn't have happened. Ahh hindsight.
