Chuck Norris has the greatest Poker-Face of all time. He won the 1983 World Series of Poker, despite holding only a Joker, a Get out of Jail Free Monopoly card, a 2 of clubs, 7 of spades and a green #4 card from the game Uno.

You think I'm tall enough to be a lock?

Under IRB rules he is considered a Welshman so would have to be a marquee signing.

I get that the bloke can't be a Wallaby. But does the IRB set Super Rugby rules? Or is it SANZAR? Or then again, is it the ARUs "Wallaby eligible rule. Does that also apply to Australians who have repped another nation?

Wests Scarborough 1st Grade juggernaut has played finals rugby each and every year since its inception and continues this remarkable feat yet again this season and unbelievably it's still rolling on and as an added little circle jerk for the masses Wests actually hold the record for the current longest unbroken finals record.

The IRB set the rules on nationality qualifications which is where the ARU get their eligibility rulings so in the eyes of the IRB he is a Welshman which rules him out of being able to play for a aus super rugby team unless he is signed as a marquee player.

Same thing happened in in 2011 after the RWC with Adam Byrnes he played for Russia so the Rebels had to move him of their list and sign him as a marquee player.

IRB sets the rules for test matches, ARU sets rules for AU teams in Super Rugby - that being in order to be play Super Rugby in Australia, you need to be eligible to play for the Wallabies. They could change the rules if it suited them, as they have done with allowing marquee players.

Yep saw Rona. They are tipping big things for him. There was another Wanneroo player, their fullback from two years ago, now with the Panthers I think. He was in the 10's too. Another one slipped through the net. The difference is he got paid for their Toyota Cup or whatever it is and wouldn't have got a cent in any academy here.
