    Hi all,

FYI the Joondalup Rugby clubrooms at Arena Joondalup will be open from 4:30pm on Friday 14th Feb. All bottled beers are $5 each and we welcome all Force fans before, during & after the game.

    flippen excellent.

Given its valentines day, and Ive had to 'work long and hard' to get the nod from the missus, I would expect you to have the juniors selling fundraiser roses on the sidelines!!!??? haha

How far fron the train stn to Arena J'up? Amazingly Google Maps doesnt seem to know where the thing is and satellite image is so bloody old that the freeway is still under construction. Unless I'm lost.

That's the long way, you can cut off some of those corners pretty easily...

21 minutes to cover 1.7km according to Google maps but I reckon it wouldn't take that long.

My house is 2.6km away from Maddington station and it takes 20-25 mins to walk and like Maelkann said you should be able to cut some of those corners fairly easily.

I think you might be lost Shasta!

The best way to walk from the station is to cut straight through the Lakeside mall through to the Grand cinema. There, take a left and make a beeline for the giant Officeworks shop. The Arena is about 5 mins walk from the back of Officeworks.

There's also a Joondalup CAT but I've never been on it; but will find out if it goes near the Arena.

The Sovereign Arms is next door to the cinema & mall. Just up the stairs and next to the Law Courts is the Bailey Bar. There are a few pubs up on Grand Boulevard. All are a short walk from each other.

Yep. Got off a plane somewhere between Chiang Mai and Perth yesterday. But the seafood is fantastic and the beers cold so it's all good. CYAs in Rocky next week.

There's a couple at The Shopping Centre and a bottle shop, so add about three hours on to that.
