You aiming for the 1199 or something more sedate? I actually dreamed a few nites ago that I scored a 450 Desmo all new with red sports faring and all. How's that for retro dreaming? When I woke up I figured I musta really been seeing an 899 Panigale. We'll see in the morinig when I get home from work. not holding my breath.

It's hard to mix a Desmo with a Panigale. Personally I'd take the new one, but certainly wouldn't complain if somebody got me a late sixties single cylinder cafe racer.

I just watched a show where a bloke restored a 1967 250 single, giving it the full racer package....beautiful!

And yeah. The 1199 is definitely on the shopping list sometime in the next couple of years....that or an RSV4 factory

They made a limited edition 450 sportster in the early eighties. That's the one. I'd take one today no probs.
