However, I was briefly impressed by the interview on FS. Telling how he had coached in various countries under various big names. Then, I remembered the saying - "you can take a donkey around the world, but, it still comes back a donkey"

my prediction, it won't be till next season, he's a Queenslander and they will put up with him until the players start to complain publicly.
He will oversee a steady decline in Queensland rugby, then blame everything but himself, even though he buggered the Wallabies skills in the two (I think) years he was there, completely destroyed the Force in a bit over a year (although might have had some effect when he was assistant coaching) and has been pretty much useless in every position he's held.
C'mon the
meh..he talked up his team before the start of the season.
Of course the proof will be in the pudding and his comments will only make his job harder though if things turn pear shaped and the QLD's and their brittle egos start clamouring for his head on a pike.
Graham has been an understudy to a good number of great coaches in some very professional set-ups. If he cannot get the QLD team with its roster winning games and a strong contender for the title, he should give up on coaching and go into administration.
