That would be considered a marginal seat - looking at past elections Liberal increased their vote in 2010 if thats Stirling you're talking about.

A couple (4 or 5) of the seats here in WA would be considered marginal though (under 6.0%)

If you vote for example 1-2-3-4-5-5 your first four preferences will be counted as there is a clear intention.

Once they can't determine who your presence is from 5-5 your vote is discarded
