When I was out at RugbyWA HQ on Tuesday, I spotted Mitch and about a dozen boys in blue on the paddock - not sure who they were as I didn't stop, but training is certainly still going!

I relay think he might be at option 3....beefing up in a solid weights programme that they put Hardy and Big Dog through to muscle them up..and he will come out at APC "swingin"
