On a wider view of this - you have to wonder the need of professional sports people (Generic) and tweeting their every movement. And perhaps there is a need for a Club Twitter account and an official Tweeter. and let the players, coaches, waterboys and orange slicers to work on the important thing of winning matches.

Here is some good action by management :

"They were expected to return to Melbourne as soon as possible with the club reportedly booking the pair on separate flights."

Why shouldn't players have social media accounts?

Obviously some common sense needs to be displayed in regards to commenting on work related stuff on Twitter/Stalkbook but the same would apply to most people in regards to job specific stuff being shared

Players do have down time just like everyone else

Some have even more down-time now!

I hope the Rebels have someone checking on Beale while the team are in South Africa; I'd think the last thing someone with a drinking problem needs is lots of time alone, depressed at being sent home.

Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

How on earth is anyone else's problem other than his own?

Maybe it's a sign of my own isolation but I seriously don't get how his employer has any responsibility to him. Made your own bed, lie in it.

First of all what was Beale doing on tour with a broken hand? Maybe they thought it best to take him with to keep an eye on him!

The biggest problem for me here is the fact that he ignored his captain. Showing no respect at all. From there it just escalated. Shows the character of the man!

    Beale who

The bloke has been a massive under achiever

His fat @ss can't put a sentence together due to a haze of alcohol fueled stupor. It's a shame Vuna didn't break his jaw and put the d1ckhead out for the season

Jesse Mogg, get your wallaby socks on. It's time we had some talent in the wallabies instead of an ego that has never matched the hype.

Never really saw the appeal with KB and according to reports I heard yesterday after this latest incident he wants to pack up his toys and go back home to NSW which for me is nothing more than a ploy as after the Lions have been he will be going to play the 13 man game inside 2-3 years
