Chris Webb heading home to Sydney

The liftout in todays West indicates that he is "stepping back from his position and take on a reduced role overseeing team management when he returns to Sydney for family reasons at the end of the month"

Bugger - Chris has been very supportive of TWF in his short time, especially for the InnFORCEers on the trips this year.

That is unfortunate from a force point of view but I am sure we all extend our best wishes and thoughts to his family as he deals with the family matter

That's a shame. He's been really good to us. I hope all goes ok with his family

    So he's another nobody.

Why waste space on him then?

He was the team manager at the Thas. Came over with Foley (basically replacing Mitch Hardy). However a week before the season started Mark Calverly was put in the Team Managers role. Not sure what Chris Webb's role is/was now.

Someone has to organise the barely clothed totty for post game functions for Force players to sow their royal oats. He will be sorely missed

Chris Webb was employed as high performance manager and recruitment consultant due to his vast experience and contacts in NSW and Qld. He really had his sights set on the CEO job but was overlooked which may have led to this decision to head home. Apparently a nice enough mover shaker sydney type, just not sure if he was here long enough to have had much of an impact.
Anyway, all the best Chris and good luck for the future.
