5 Players in WF Academy for Joondalup

[JBRUFC]

Joondalup has 5 players currently in the Western Force Academy. 3 level 2 players and 2 level 3 players. This continues a fantastic past few years for the clubs player development. Joondalup sits behind Palmyra & UWA with 7 & 6 players respecyively. Joondalup is extremely proud that all 5 players are juniors who have played at the club for many seasons.

There’re several political elections this year and figures get over exaggerated in media outlets/forums when campaigning.

I hope players return (Home) in 2014 after their extended playing sabbaticals.

As we are all aware the "academy" being run by the Force is not a true academy because of lack of funding. If they get an academy up and running I think we'll see a somewhat different makeup of players.
Oh and by the way. Five players in an academy does not make a Premier and Reserve Grade club.
Don't forget RugbyWA said Joondalup has to find at least 30 new players of Premier/Reserve Grade standard before they can even be considered.

Cos it's Perth club rugby. And that, for better or worse, is the image it projects.
