Welcome mate and thanks for the update
He has clearly been having a great couple of seasons in France.
I believe with the recruitment of Matt Giteau he would still be a bench player at the Force so the move to France was the best option.
I liked him as a player and wished he had stayed but as with frontrow, I wish him all the best....except for the playing for France bit haha!

I agree with Burgs, while a very good player, he was behind several others in the Force and selection would have been a battle. He's clearly thriving from getting some game time over there. Good the hear, you never really stop being part of the ocean blue family!

Thanks for the update, nice username - stinky balls?

Brock was always good, just (unfortunately for him) a few players back in the queue in Australia. France obviously suits him well!

Stink-bomb? (which I thought was 'boule puante').
Coach's suggestion would be 'couilles puantes'...

Saturday brock has already done a great match! He scored a Try (Video ASM_LLanelli_20080119_Mi-Temps_2_1sur2 - ASM, Clermont, Llanelli, 2008, H-cup - Dailymotion Share Your Videos watch 2 minutes and 30 seconds )
The team won 41-00 on the ground Llanneli victory even if we do not qualify for the 1 / 4 finals of the team Hcup a very good play and featured in the hen trés difficult (Munster and wasps)
Now the team is going to play a background for the TOP 14!

"Boule de pue"(Boule de stinks) this was my nickname ... I do not know if the translation is correct, but you need to find my position rugby player...

Listening to the commentary on that was funny. The French version of Kearnsy and Clarkey.

Not sure where they are on the table but Llanelli are an absolute shambles in this match!
Would suggest Brocky's Taranaki days would have helped in getting his try, no shortage of wet weather footy down there either I dare say!
Their fullback Anthony Floch was pretty impressive too.

Yes it is true that Llanelli had not played well (they were eliminated from the competition) but I think the team has played well because it was beautiful and it was difficult to mark 4 try for a chance to qualify (it was 16 days in a row that it rained the bottom ...)

For Floch is an excellent young man who is can be called in a team of France for the 6 Nations Tournament ... Answer today!

Here is a video on the nice trident Rougerie - Floch - Malzieu: Dailymotion - Share Your Videos rugby + + + malzieu rougerie + floch/video/x2lpvh_tridentacdcdivx_sport

Friday, 18 January 2008 - versatile Nacewa has sights on fullback jersey

Isa Nacewa could shift out to fullback or second five-eight during S14 campaign, considering the addition of allblack star Nick Evans and the loss of midfielders Sam Tuitupou and Luke McAlister. However, the classy utility back prefers to play at fullback.

"He's world class, he can play any position in the backline and is a key member of the Blues”, David Nucifora said.

Ineligible for New Zealand after making a brief appearance for Fiji against Scotland during the 2003 RWC, he could ponder a move overseas (Worcester and Clermont are believed to be interested). His contract with the NZRU expires at the end of this year.

It will seem possible? It seems to me that this is a good player?

Nacewa is a very good player BdeP, though perhaps not in the very top class.
He would certainly be well suited to French Pro and an asset to any Northern Hemisphere Club.

your right there burgs the scarlets are having a terrible season, far too many internal problems (as ive mentioned in another post) the loss of dwayne peel the potential loss of stephen jones, alix popham and regan king, there is is story on the bbc web site today that states 'the scarlets have gone backwards this year as they failed to add enough quality at the start of this season'. and on top of this they also got stadium issues, and we all know what thats like.
