    Hey guys. I've just got my renewal through and notice my membership is now iron, when it has always been nickel. I havn't asked for this downgrade. I've been a member since day one too. Anyone have any idea's why this would happen? I'm awaiting a response from the WF. Maybe I shouldn't be so cheap.........

    Big raps to the membership team! They called me to discuss the change in membership within an hour of me emailing them. All sorted already! I can't believe it. Why can't government services be this efficient?
