A good close game like most of the matches in the last decade or so between these two teams. Samoa looked the better side in the second half with their front row dominating the scrums and the breakdowns progressively becoming a one sided contest as the half progressed. The try in the last minute distorted the scoreline a bit but it was a deserved victory for Samoa.

Gatland returns to his role as head coach for Wales this week.
