In the interests of improving grammar in this forum I'm going to present a series of lessons on the correct use of the English language.

Lesson one is the differences between there, their and they're.

"There" refers to a location. "Their" refers to something that belongs to a group of people. "They're" is short for "they are".

They're over there talking about their rugby teams.

Coming attractions include:
The difference between your and you're;
The correct use of apostrophes; and
The difference between its and it's.
