On topic, well done to the Rebels recruitment team for the work they haver done in past two years, I know they have the consessions, but you can't blame them for using them to their full advantage. Delve is a good signing but hope they pass the Captains Armband onto to a more long term Australian prospect.

I like Delve, seem hard and loyal to the club, i would let him have it.
Great that they get to keep him and I am happy for the Rebels as he seems a nice all round bloke, however, it would have been nice if we could have kept Davio Smith last year.

Isaiah Mosese was too young to be offered anything other than an EPS squad spot- and even that would have been a push. He is at least a year or two off playing Super Rugby. The Rebels are devoid of quality wingers. They will develop him for the next two years and then he will probably sign with some other franchise.
On attack he looked great for the few games he played for Western Force 'A' in 2011. But he doesn't have the defence or probably the physical development for Super 15. The Force made the right call bringing Samu Wara into the EPS instead.
