I should point out that, apart from Mark Webber being on pole for the F1, Ryan Briscoe is on pole for the Indy 500 and Marcos Ambrose is on the front row for the NASCAR race so it could be a big night for Aussie motorsport.

Rossi's a douche who can only win when on the best bike. I'd take Nicky Hayden over him......and being a Ducati lover, that's a real possibility. Jorge Lorenzo will probably win without Casey to tussle with, but he's a bloody robot and not fun to watch. My other bet would be Dani Pedrosa unless an Aussie gets a factory ride.

Have been a Rossi fan since he was on the baby's, have seen him ride all around the world an still think he's the best. Never worked out why he can't handle The Duke though!
He got that Yammy running when no one else could!

Agree to disagree there snob. Rossi can't ride the duck even when he's pretty much turned it into a Yammy. Stoner would be quick on a twelve year old tricycle.

I like Hayden and Pedrosa, because they're not afraid to let it all hang out when required. Rossi might be great at going insanely quick when the package suits him, but the well publicized fight with my man Casey (which IMHO was just plain bullying) put me off him for good.

Every man to his opinion and I respect yours.. The same as the first man to say that Stacey's retirement was a great loss to the sport was Rossi.
Will have to watch a race with you some time.

Not quite an Aussie clean sweep. But with the Force, Webber winning in F1, Franchetti in Indy and Hesjedal winning the Giro, not a bad weekend!
