Good question. A lot of our backs are playing well individually- Cummins, Tupou, Mafi and Wara stand out. Hopefully that means that with the right coach we could improve out of sight. Too many tries scored on Wara's side for my liking though. Maybe bench him and put Cummins on the wing. If Tupou wasn't too green, maybe he'd be a good Jamie Roberts style 12.

Attendance of 11,700, on a day like today!
That's only 200 more than the Stormers game (I still haven't completely dried all my clothes).

The punters are voting with their feet - what happens if they start voting with their credit cards in December ...

I agree, but we were competing with the RAAF air show out at Pearce as well today. There were 40,000 people at the show yesterday and poss similar today.

That said, I agree that people are also voting with their feet. There's only so much even the most dedicated fan can take :-)

Force need a coach to instill a winners mentality. Disregarding player depth and quality and the lack of a coach, they have easily lost the greatest number of games by the smallest margins AND games when in front with less than 10mins to go of any team since 2006. This phenomena is in the head.

They need a coach to instill a Force “style”, and who can attract a couple of 10 and 12s (and a 9), again problems since 2006 that have not been addressed to the discredit of the organisation.

It was obvious Force were trying to play ball in hand and get it to Nalaga with quicker service, so this indicates it WAS the plan of RG to hoof it away at every opportunity. They did resort to some box kicking relying on opposition mistakes (a lottery), but not to the infuriating levels as previous.

I thought Seymour at 10 deserves a lot of credit, it was only his second start. Compare that to experience of KB. Will he get a glowing Wallaby recommendation from David Lord? I think not. Also credit to Sheehan who delivered much faster ball, managing to play to instruction at his age.

What I really liked was Force toughing it out, holding on by fingernails then taking the lead. What an effort after last weeks whipping.

What pissed me was that the Rebels forwards played the Ref like a bunny in the second half..can someone clarify why we had two penalities dished out against us in the scrums? I assumed it was for wheeling? Amazing when they had the put in their front row was suddenly able to resist?

Finally just watched the game and aside from a few positives, nothing to write home about. Compared to some of the other S15 matches played this weekend, this was like watching two second division cellar dwellers battling it out. I thought Mafi was electric when he came on and one player not mentioned so far, Toby Lynn, had a solid match and continually showed up at breakdowns and covered a lot of ground.
Seymour showed he is a reasonable prospect and certainly was not outclassed, although Kurtley seems to have lifted a level this year and must be a possible Wallaby 10.
A shame really, the fans have been waiting far too long to see positive results on the field from the Force, and this shows by some of the posts in this forum.
Sorry, I don't have any answers!

Did anyone see Poey's post-match interview with Kafe? Wow, that was one very very disappointed and very very frustrated captain. Hope it wasn't the final straw for him. I could almost hear him thinking 'stuff this for a game of soldiers, I'm out of here and off to the Brumbies!'.

EXCUSES! How many Weagles fans are WF ticket holders? Anyone wanting to go to the rugby could have gone to the airshow on Saturday. Unispired lacklustre performances don't make for good entertainment. You'll always get the diehards, but you won't attract the casual punter!
