I can get tickets through my Wallaby membership (upto 20 "gold" and four "platinum" I think) but if you want some I have to order them pronto. Members tickets 'on sale' period started a few weeks back and finishes soon. If someone can organise number required and cash I'll order the tickets. Normally they are the better seats after the Etihad stadium members have received theirs.

For anyone thinking about going, I,ve just had a recommendation from a work colleague who goes over regularly for AFL. The Formule 1 hotel - a stone's throw from Young & Jacksons on Elizabeth goes for $95 a nite for a Queen ensuite room. Reckons they are a little small but clean, new and OK. Pics look same. We already booked.

is that wallaby 1st plus membership?..... what the cost for that, for a season?.....

Really? Was told the only problem is the room is small. Don't plan spending much time in it anyway.
