Sheehan played well - more as the game wore on

Cummins was the man on saturday night - 8/9 out of 10 in everything he did, inspiring game.

Well done the Force, may it continue

    Big test Friday night

How good was it having a goal kicker that was nailing everything, makes such a difference.

I am predicting Graham will not change anything other than Seymour to 10 but will wait and see.

and I would agree with that decision. I hope he can get the message through about complacency. We seem to be a team that relaxes the instant we've done something good, we can't afford to relax for a second against the Chiefs, they'll pile on the points quicker than the Canes did!

For the record, every time I've been despondent and dismissed the Force as having any chance at all they've won, so I'd like to go on the record right now that the Force will suck and get hammered by 21 this Friday.

    Keep up the tradition boys!

Sort of off-topic, but did anyone notice that on defensive lineouts, they were putting the #10 (both Stannard & Seymour) in the 5m channel, and putting a back rower (I think it was Brownie) out in the #10 spot?

Were they trying to cover up for Chucky's missed tackle numbers? Or just trying to put a huge amount of pressure on the Red's rookie 10, as the announcers were saying (in reference to phase play, though, I believe)?

well not a bad thing i guess sheehan would be able to lift and stannard at halfback. If we did turn it over just run a crash ball. Thinking outside the box there from RH i like that.

Charles certainly didn't stand in the normal position on some defensive lineouts. I wondered whether the Reds would be quick enough on the uptake to attack with a short pass to the front and a return to the hooker, for which we wouldn't have been prepared.
