is it just me or is the site pretty slow the past few days .. are we running out on bandwidth, server cpu at 100% ???

To be honest Happy - I thought the total oppisiste, I only have dialup but I think the pages load much faster since the update.

I think the new pages do use less bandwidth, but possibly put more load on the server. It shouldn't be a big enough load to affect a site of TWF's size very much though. This being the case, people on a low(ish) bandwidth connection may notice a speed increase.

I'm not real impressed with the current host so far. I went Australian as I thought most visitors would be from here and that it would be faster than an OS host, but it would appear not ...

yeah, as long as we are up I don't care too much... if you are interested I can put you in touch with someone who you could talk to about hosting and maybe getting a better response, bandwidth, redundancy etc. give us a yell if interested!
