There's is an upside - the decision has been made and announced. So this is not going to drag out all season as have other decisions in the past, with endless speculation and rumour.
Now we and he can get on with it and enjoy his last season.

we do know members of the community there( my wife goes up to the Mowanjum community outside Derby often-hence the link to Kandiwal)
We have been invited to visit by cathy quite some time ago,but will need to confirm that before going there

Not that I heard. Since there didn't seem to be any wailing or gnashing of teeth (apart from me with the camera issues), I'd say not.
