    Access help

If you generate a report in Access and order it by a field the you decide (or your boss does !!!!) that there must be a subgroup under the basic order how would you do a page break for the start of each new subgroup !!!!!

go into design view and insert a page break item at the end of the page.

Depends on the version of Access
In 2003 you can get the properties of the header of the subgroup (by richt-clicking on the header bar - then selecting properties) one of the properties is "Force new page". You have the apoption here of None, Before section, after section or before & after.

    Good luck
