    Quarter final... your thoughts?

quade cooper saved his worst game of the season for the quater final, he should of been replaced with barnes at half time because his head clearly wasnt in it, the line out was woeful, 5 SA wins on our throw!!!, elmson was dodgy in the first half, bam bam out standing... mccabe great for his 50 minutes... a wins a win... test match knock out rugby, you cant beat it!....

Yeah, not to knock McCabe, because he was outstanding in what he did, nut we need Nerrick to start to provide a safety valve for Quade Cooper. We need to be able to stick Quade at 15 in games like that one!

But how good was David Pocock, there were significant portions of that game where he carried the entire team on his back.....

    More Force means more wins

Yeah David Pocock is a legend.

Our defence is awesome. Good thing Cooper didn't bring that shit out against the ABs or we would be toast.

    I need a heart transplant.

Why would any coach would leave a player on the field when he is performing so badly? Quade Cooper could not effect a single tackle, clearly demonstrating his lack of ticker compared to James O'Connor who has more guts and talent than most players on the field.

Its great though that the Springboks are now out of the competetion because the IRB can now select Craig Joubert to referee the final after a superb performance when he allowed both Wales and Ireland to play rugby without any undue interference. However, my bet is that the Ireland based IRB will go down its normal conservative and boring path and select a referee based on political reasons rather than on performance.

So Nigel Owens for the Semi Final then......I'm comfortable with that if we're playing the AllBlacks

I think you will find the semi final referees have already been chosen. They will be two refs not in action (in the middle) this weekend.

THEN for the final it will depend upon which teams are in it. So Joubert and Barnes are right in the frame.

Was at Boktown, what an atmosphere. Great win for the Wallabies. Pocock an absolute outstanding game, what a man. Quade needs a serious kick in the arse, again. Still believe Higganbotham provides more than Elsom. Very pleased with Mcabe's game, very good, although some one-on-one missed tackles with De Villiers were poor and Nonu will be keen as mustard. Berrick needs to start, his control over the game is what we need to win.

Agree that Cooper should have been pulled off the pitch. Sharpe should have been brought on earlier in the second half to see if he could stabilise the line outs.

Suprised that Habana could still stand up after all the hits he took.

Quade will still start next week so I hope that today he used up his entire quota of brain-farts and comes out next week and smokes them.
