    McCaw trains lightly, Todd on stand-by

    Speculation is growing that New Zealand captain Richie McCaw may be in doubt for Sunday's World Cup semi-final against Australia at Eden Park after Matt Todd trained with the All Blacks.

    McCaw only joined his team-mates for a portion of their training session in Auckland on Wednesday, the openside flanker having been troubled by an existing foot injury for much of the tournament.

    Hopefully Henry will have to play Richie McCaw because of his NZ hero status even though he is injured…
