    Innaloo cinema to show final four RWC matches in 3D

    2011 Rugby World Cup Live in 3D

    EVENT Cinemas will bring Rugby World Cup 2011 action to the big screen with live 3D presentations of the semi-finals, bronze final and grand final games in selected cinemas.

    The final four matches of Rugby World Cup 2011 will be filmed and shown live in 3D on giant screens across Australia – allowing fans a front row seat to experience the tournament in larger than life, high quality 3D, after EVENT Cinemas entered a partnership with 3DLive, the official 3D broadcaster of Rugby World Cup 2011.

    Please note – start times differ in QLD/SA/WA due to time differences/daylight savings:

    •SF1/SF2 and Final start at 4pm in WA, 6pm in QLD, 6:30pm in SA
    •Bronze Final starts at 3:30pm in WA, 5:30pm in QLD and 6pm in SA

    When:

    •Semi-Final 1 (Winner QF1 vs. Winner QF2) – Saturday 15 October – 7pm
    •Semi-Final 2 (Winner QF3 vs. Winner QF4) – Sunday 16 October – 7pm
    •Bronze Final (Loser SF 1 vs. Loser SF 2) – Friday 21 October – 6:30pm
    •Final (Winner SF1 vs. Winner SF2) – Sunday 23 October – 7pm

    Pricing:

    •Semi-Final 1 & 2 = Adults $40 / Children $28
    •Bronze Final = Adults $35 / Children $24.50
    •Final = Adults $45 / Children $31.50

    Watched a movie in NZ recently and noted that you could buy a beer (as you would a soft drink or hot drink) and take that into the movie hall. If that would be an option at Event Cinema, happy to give this serious consideration.
