I sitll remember going to Subi and seeing Gits play the first game for the Force i had seen at 12 with James Hilgendorf playing at 10. He stepped two players around the defence and scored under the posts. What a awesome player.

I thought Hilgendorf scored that try.

It’s important to remember Giteau played 10 for the Wallabies because he was the best palymaker we had at the time.

Deans and the selectors have made their choice, Giteau has served his country very well to the best of his abilities and he deserves a good few years away from international rugby and to enjoy France. He has worked hard for it.

Thank God, I was starting to think I was alone in this. Cooper's a good super player, but on the world stage he just doesn't bring enough. Giteau should be on the bench covering 9, 10, 12 and possibly 15? So many more options with him than Phipps, who isn't ready for the international stage yet.
